Terms & Conditions

Check-in on the day of your arrival is from 4.00pm until 7.00pm.

Check-out on the day of departure is by 10.30am.

Smoking:  Balnearn House is a strictly non-smoking establishment.

Room rates:  Are based on 2 adults sharing a room, per night and include breakfast, Wifi, parking & VAT.  Room rates are subject to change. All rooms are ensuite.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be taken for any booking at the time of booking.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation for a booking the 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking still applies.

Payment:  The balance of the booking will be taken seven days prior to the stay. Debit/credit cards except for American Express

Parking:  Free private off street car parking

Dietary requirements:  If you have any special dietary needs please inform us at the time of booking.
